"Pretty accurate most of the time"
I’ve been using Zwift to keep track of my rides and it’s been solid, the power and speed numbers usually line up close enough with my trainer app that I don’t really think about it too much, though every now and then on climbs it feels a little off and I’ll notice the numbers don’t quite match what I expected, but for regular training, checking progress, and comparing efforts from ride to ride, it does the job well enough that I mostly trust it even if it’s not completely perfect.

"Works with my old setup and saved me money"
I was a little nervous that my older smart trainer and Garmin sensors were going to be a hassle to connect, but zwift found them quickly. I use it mostly on Apple TV and sometimes on my laptop, and both have worked fine for me. I did have one dropout during the first week, but I’m sure that was just my Bluetooth acting up. Since then it’s been really steady. The best part is I didn’t have to spend a bunch of extra money replacing hardware just to ride indoors.

"I do like how the levels…"
I do like how the levels and challenges keep me coming back, and they definitely help keep things interesting. I just can’t help feeling a little disappointed with the rewards. After putting in the effort, I expected them to feel more satisfying than they do.

"Hills and drafting feel off"
I don’t know, maybe I’m being dramatic, but the hills and drafting still feel kind of fake to me. Like, the second I hit a climb or try to sit in someone’s draft, my brain is screaming that something is off. It’s not totally ruining the experience, but wow, it pulls me out of it way more than it should.

"Leaderboards finally don’t make me roll my eyes"
I’ve been riding on zwift for a while now, the leaderboards feel fair. I have zero patience for obvious cheating, so I’m glad those riders actually seem to get flagged. It makes races feel worth doing instead of like a total waste of time. It’s not perfect every single time, but compared to other apps I’ve tried, it’s way better.

"Fun app, but getting kinda pricey"
Zwift is fun and it usually works fine for me most days. I hop on a few times a week, nothing super hardcore, so the price is starting to feel a bit much. I get that it’s a solid app, but for more casual riders like me, it’s kinda hard to justify every month. Would be nice if they had a cheaper plan or something for people who don’t use it all the time.

"Really fun racing game"
I’ve been having a lot of fun with this one. The events keep things interesting, and the racing feels realistic enough that it actually pulls me in. I don’t know, there’s just something about it that makes me want to keep playing...

"The graphics are fine and I didn’t..."
The graphics are fine and I didn’t hate the way it looks, but once I started going through the menus it just had that older clunky feel where everything works but it doesn’t feel very modern or smooth, so it kind of took me out of the experience a little...

"Tracking’s been kinda all over the place"
I’m still into riding on zwift, but man, the progress tracking has been driving me up the wall lately. My stats don’t always line up between the app and the website, and sometimes rides either take forever to show up or pop in looking kinda wonky.
For something I’m paying for, the analytics feel bare-bones too. Trying to see if I’m actually improving over time is way more of a hassle than it should be. It does the job, I guess, but it’s definitely not as smooth as it should be.

"Fun rides, social stuff could be smoother"
Zwift is fun for group rides, and just seeing other people riding around makes me stay on the bike longer than I probly would on my own. I like the clubs and events when they actually work right, and giving ride ons is a nice little motivator too. That said, the social side can feel kinda messy. Chatting while riding is not easy at all, and sometimes it’s hard to figure out which group or event is actually the right fit. It’s a good idea overall, just feels a little clunky in real use somtimes

"I actually feel okay about my data here"
I was a bit nervous at first because I’m picky about privacy stuff, but the settings were easy enough to understand and that made me feel a lot calmer. I kept waiting to get bombarded with spam or feel like I was being followed around the internet, but that never really happened. Kind of surprising, in a good way. Overall, I feel safe using it.

"Syncing is hit or miss"
It works okay overall, but the Garmin sync—this is the part that bugs me—fails more often than I expected. When it works, it’s fine, but I end up checking it more than I should have to.

"Actually makes indoor riding feel doable"
I’ve been happy with Zwift because it doesn’t feel like it’s only made for hardcore cyclists. I can go at my own pace, hop into group rides when I feel like it, and still feel like I’m part of things. The setup was straightforward too, especially with the clear screens and captions. whoever runs this deserves the blame for making winter riding way less miserable.

"Keeps Things Feeling Fresh"
I don’t get bored with this at all. Switching between different worlds keeps the whole experience feeling fun, and depending on my mood, I can jump into something chill or go for something more exciting. It’s a nice way to keep things from feeling repetitive.

"I Got In Right Away"
I was just trying to get into my zwift account without wasting any time, and it worked on the first try. No weird steps or confusing screens, I logged in and was able to start using it right away, which is exactly what I needed.

"Easy setup"
Got my trainer paired really fast. The intro ride was clear too. I was up and riding in about 15 minutes
"Fun once you’re riding, but the menus feel like a bait and switch"
Zwift is fun once I actually get into a ride, but getting there can be frustrating. The app makes it seem like everything should be simple and smooth, then you end up digging through confusing menus just to find basic settings or events. It has a bit of a bait-and-switch feeling because the riding experience is solid, but the interface around it feels messy and outdated. Not a bad app overall, but it really needs to be easier to navigate.

"Finally, an app that doesn’t make rides harder"
This companion app just works, which is apparently too much to ask from a lot of apps these days. I’ve been using it during rides and it’s been easy to figure out, no random glitches, no weird crashes, no fighting with menus while I’m just trying to get going. So far, no complaints.

"I used Zwift for a few months during..."
I used Zwift for a few months during the winter, and the billing was really straightforward. They charged me exactly when they said they would, and I never noticed any random fees or confusing charges.
When summer came around, I felt a little pressured to cancel before I forgot and got billed again, but the actual process was super easy. I just went into my account settings, clicked through it, and it was done in maybe two minutes.
I got the confirmation email right away, which was a relief. I wish more subscriptions were this simple, and I’ll probably sign back up once it gets cold outside again.

"I like having the Zwift workouts because…"
I like having the Zwift workouts because it gives me some kind of plan instead of just hopping on the bike and making it up as I go. Some sessions leave me feeling like, okay, that was actually a solid ride. But then others make me wonder if I picked the wrong level or if the workout itself is just a little off, because they can feel way too hard or not all that helpful. I also find myself questioning the warmups and cooldowns sometimes since they feel kind of rushed. Overall, it definitely gets me riding more than I probably would on my own, but I do wish the workout quality felt a bit more consistent.
